Make sure your receipt shows:

Choose your language and enter your receipt information to start.

3. Share your feedback
You’ll answer a few short questions about your shopping experience like:

• Store cleanliness
• Whether you found everything you needed
• Friendliness and helpfulness of staff
• Overall satisfaction

The whole survey takes about 5 minutes.

4. Enter the sweepstakes
